2.Reading Corner 教材介紹
Reading Corner 系列套書依照學習程度，共分為三個級別，專為從學習閱讀階段 (learn to read) 轉變到閱讀學習階段 (read to learn) 的國小學生所設計。Reading Corner 系列套書包含簡短有趣的故事和文章，能夠幫助學生發展未來學習英文所需的基礎閱讀技巧。閱讀文本與練習活動的單字難度和字數，會隨著級別增加延伸，能讓學生在已學過的單字基礎之上，逐步累積新的字彙量。
Reading Corner 1 閱讀文本字數為 45-55 字。
Reading Corner 2 閱讀文本字數為 55-65 字。
Reading Corner 3 閱讀文本字數為 65-75 字。
每冊共有 16 個學習單元與 2 個複習單元，搭配全彩的練習本 Workbook，與課程主題完美銜接，有效提升閱讀理解與單字運用。
Reading Corner 採用四軸心學習法，為學生建立完整的學習框架，在專注內容學習與流暢度練習的同時，培養語言的接收能力（聽、讀）與表達能力（說、寫）。
